
Feridun Ulutaş graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1990. He worked as a Control Engineer at the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement until 1994, where he received a scholarship.
In 1994, he joined the General Directorate of TRT, starting in the Department of Construction Works. He subsequently served as Chief Engineer, Deputy Head, and later, for eight years, as Head of the Support Services Department.
From 2018 to 2024, Ulutaş was a member of the Mediation Commission established by TRT. On September 16, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Secretary General of the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye. He is married and has two children.
