Duties:
- Organizing the work schedules of the president and secretary general.
- Performing secretarial services for the presidency and secretary general.
- Organizing and performing the president and secretary general's private correspondence, protocol, ceremonies, visits, invitations, hospitality, and reception duties.
- Performing duties and procedures related to the directorate's representation, ceremony, and hospitality expenses.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the President and Secretary General.
