The project aims to strengthen the post-disaster response capacities of the pilot municipalities, namely Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, Osmaniye Municipality and Seyhan Municipality, and to make them resilient to future disasters. The project includes technical assistance to the municipalities as well as 2 grants worth €50,000 and €100,000.
The project has been implemented in cooperation with our Union and the International Agency of the Union of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG International), with the financing of the "Giro555 campaign" carried out in the Netherlands due to the earthquake in our country.
