“Participatory Youth: The Floor Is Ours”
LOCALINTERNational (International Local Authorities Training Program), an international training program organized annually since 2012 by the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye, provides an international training environment for foreign university students/recent graduates to learn the basic principles of Turkish local government through examples of municipal work, to socialize, and to see best practices through field visits.
As the previous ones the program will facilitate trainings, field visits and social-cultural activities for future local leaders. Union of Municipalities of Türkiye looks forward to hosting valuable young participants and to provide them with a beneficial local governance experience.
Participants will be selected based on criteria such as English language proficiency, academic success, and international experience.
All expenses excluding visa (accommodation, flight ticket, food, transfer etc.) will be covered by the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye.
