The October Ordinary Assembly Meeting of the Union of Municipalities of Turkiye (UMT), scheduled for October 21, 2026, was adjourned due to a lack of quorum.
The October Ordinary Assembly Meeting will be held on October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the UMT Headquarters (Atatürk Boulevard No. 183, Kavaklıdere, Çankaya/Ankara), in accordance with the attached agenda.
Assembly members are required to attend the meeting in person.
Mayors are expected to attend the Assembly meeting in person. If they are unable to attend, they may authorize a member of their own municipal council to participate on their behalf by completing the attached Authorization Form. (The authorized municipal council member is not required to be a member of the UMT Assembly.)
If an authorization is issued, a signed copy of the authorization document must be emailed to info@tbb.gov.tr, and the original signed document must be presented on the day of the meeting. Alternatively, the representative may be officially designated through formal correspondence via the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS).
