Duties
To record the incoming and outgoing letters of the Union, to send and follow the outgoing letters, to establish and operate an effective document management system in the electronic environment in coordination with the relevant units.
To carry out the archive works of the Union in coordination with the financial services unit and other units and to ensure the establishment of a healthy archive system.
To prepare and announce the council and committee meetings, to keep the meeting minutes, to carry out the secretariat and meeting reception services.
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Iller Bank Joint Stock Company Law No. Article 9 of the Articles of Association of 6107 and İller Bankası Anonim Şirketi, the selection of the municipalities to be included in the İLBANK General Assembly every year by the Union Commission is put on the agenda of the committee and notified to the designated member municipalities, the bank.
To make and follow the correspondence of the Presidency and the General Secretariat.
To carry out the works and transactions related to the representation, ceremony, entertainment and promotion expenses of the Presidency.
To carry out works and transactions of the Union personnel such as recruitment, assignment, power of attorney, promotion, leave, assignment, discipline, retirement.
To make and implement the in-service training plans of the Union personnel by taking the opinions of other units.
To carry out the lunch tender processes of the Union personnel.
To carry out the work and transactions required by the ethical legislation.
To prepare publications related to its field of duty and to carry out its publications before the relevant unit.
To carry out identification studies, name badges and car issuance processes for mayors and council members when necessary.
To perform other work and duties assigned by the general secretariat.
