In accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6292 dated 19/4/2012 on the Support of the Development of Forest Villagers and the Evaluation of Lands Removed from Forest Boundaries on Behalf of the Treasury and the Sale of Agricultural Lands Belonging to the Treasury, the National Property General Circular (No. 35) was prepared to determine the procedures and principles regarding the sale of agricultural lands belonging to the Treasury.
