Our Union develops projects to improve the capacity of our Union and municipalities, mostly with IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance), but also with Development Agencies, UN Agencies and Embassy funds. Directorate of Projects and Finance carries out many projects that;
- aim to increase the capacity of local governments to strengthen their resilience against migration,
- promote sustainable and accessible mobility at national and urban levels,
- contribute to smart city solutions in areas such as e-transformation, social innovation and design-oriented thinking,
- support the active democratic participation of civil society in policy and decision-making processes,
- facilitate effective cooperation between national, regional and local governments and other relevant stakeholders in order to combat climate change,
- aim to carry out the recovery process of disaster-affected cities quickly and effectively.
