The educational activities of our association have been carried out under the corporate identity of “Municipal Academy” since 2009; trainings are provided for appointed and elected managers and personnel of municipalities, subsidiaries and their affiliates; symposiums, congresses, workshops and various events are organized.

The main purpose of the training activities of the Municipality Academy is to correctly identify the training needs of the municipalities and to ensure that these emerging needs are met with the most appropriate training method.

In order to support municipal employees to produce citizen-oriented solutions by increasing their professional knowledge and experience; organizes training programs consisting of main service, legislation and vision categories.
